Luke joined Kimmel & Associates in 2026 as an Associate serving the Steel Industry. He brings more than 15 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, distribution, warehousing, and operations. Throughout his career, Luke has built and managed national client relationships, developed new business, and led growing organizations and teams.

Prior to joining Kimmel, Luke was an entrepreneur and business owner, co-founding several companies and developing extensive experience in consultative sales, relationship building, operations, and client development. His approach to recruiting is much like consulting—taking the time to understand where a candidate wants to take their career and what a company is truly trying to accomplish before recommending a match.

We sat down with Luke and asked him the following:

• What is one thing you learned early in your career that has made you successful?
  Ask good questions, listen closely, and do what you say you are going to do. Most long-term business relationships are built on trust and follow-through.
• What is your greatest strength in your role?
  Determination. I'm persistent when I believe there's a solution to be found, and I'm willing to keep digging, and approach a problem from different directions until I find it.
